Azuñia organic tequila blanco, proprietary house acid juice, Azuñia organic agave syrup, and Magdala orange liqueur. - Punk Lady Apple - Read the name carefully and enjoy the experience. Lillet Blanc, Spirit Works sloe gin, Mulholland vodka, housemade orange-serrano syrup, house acid juice, and housemade “flame bitters”. - Brown Flower - A customer favorite named after a favorite customer. Figenza fig vodka, housemade lavender syrup, house acid juice, and housemade Amer Viva. - Viva Bolero - For those who enjoy the odd things in life. Pyrat XO reserve rum, Ysabel Regina PX brandy, housemade hibiscus-rosemary syrup, house acid juice, house orange bitters, and housemade Amer Viva. - Mercy Brown - The cocktail special that wouldn’t die - The Sexton Irish whiskey, housemade apple cinnamon syrup, dry vermouth, house acid juice, and Angostura bitters. The drink is good, the story of Mercy Brown - even better. - La Peligrosa - This cocktail is as dangerous as it is delicious. Azuñia organic tequila reposado, housemade hibiscus-rosemary syrup, fresh lime juice, and Suze gentian liqueur - Clarificada ($11 per dram) - Milk-clarified punch made at whim, using recipes both antique and original.
